Dear Sirs, Mr Alberto Martínez-Escribano Gómez, Mr Carlos Llarena Bethencourt and Mr Ernesto Ruiz Hernández, as Bankruptcy Administrators of the mercantile Trampolín Hills Golf Resort S.L., in the procedure of voluntary approval of bankruptcy sentence followed before the Mercantile Court number 2 of Murcia, in the procedure number 20/2009, whose copy of the voluntary admission and certifications of the Bankruptcy Administrators is available to download at www.atrampolin.blogspot.com, we requested you to inform us about all the transaction amounts tendered up to October 13, 2009.
These deliveries will have to be determined by means of in the shipment of documents of Original Credit Letters (purchase contracts, invoices, etc) as well as copies that justify the amount of such transactions.
